We're looking for a New Homes Customer Care Operative to join our growing team and represent our brand across new build sites in the Colchester area.

About the Role:

As a Customer Care Operative, you'll be the friendly, skilled face of our aftercare service—ensuring any post-completion issues are resolved swiftly and to the highest standard. You'll visit new homeowners to carry out minor repairs, touch-ups, and snagging, providing reassurance and maintaining our reputation for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve customer care issues in new build homes

Complete minor repairs including carpentry, joinery, and general finishing tasks

*

Liaise with site managers, contractors, and customers to ensure satisfaction

*

Maintain accurate records of all works completed

*

Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, or multi-trade roles

*

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

*

Strong communication and customer service abilities

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Positive attitude and ability to work independently across multiple sites
