HR Administrator/Officer
Pertemps are seeking an experience HR Administrator to join our rapidly growing client's team in Hortonwood, Telford. You will provide support to the HR Manager in areas including recruitment, induction, staff absence and the maintenance of personnel records.
 
Duties not limited to

Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
Manage an acting time system - book holidays, ensure timely completion of timesheets.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as offers/contracts of employment.
Ensure HR relevant databases are up-to-date, accurate and comply with legislation.
Conduct return to works and lateness forms.
Holiday calculations.
Arrange and book occupational health appointments. 
Ideal Candidate

A proven track record working in a HR environment.
CIPD Level 3 or 5.
Confidently able to converse with colleagues via telephone, email, and face-face.
Will have a flexible approach with a willingness to learn.
Motivated to work had and looking to progress with a growing company.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Ability to working in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Understands the importance of confidentiality. 
Hours 40 hrs p/w. Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30. 30-minute lunch break.
Salary £23,000 per annum+ experience dependant
Permanent. Start date of early October, but ASAP
