An industry leading Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add an established Associate Quantity Surveyor (or Senior QS) with Hotel and/or Residential project experience to their luxury London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will report directly into a Partner, and shall be responsible for leading five star hotel and iconic residential projects across London.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be expected to provide a high quantity surveying service, pre and post contract, as well as becoming a key client contact, and a willing mentor and manager to junior quantity surveyors in the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• Residential and/or Hotel project experience
• Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy environment
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable engaging with clients
