Process Analyst – Project Management

Midlands FTC | £40-60,000

This role exists to bring structure, clarity and measurable improvement to a complex retail and logistics operation.

You will work alongside Business Change Managers, owning the design and documentation of current and future state processes. This is hands-on process optimisation not theory.

You will:

• Own end-to-end process mapping (Visio)
• Lead workshops to define scalable future-state solutions
• Identify gaps, risk and cross-functional impact
• Embed robust SOPs and governance standards
• Support benefits tracking and post-implementation validation

The focus is simple: cleaner processes, stronger control, better operational performance.

We’re looking for:

• Proven process mapping expertise
• Experience supporting structured business change
• Confidence engaging stakeholders across operations
• Strong analytical capability with commercial awareness
• Background in retail, logistics or large corporate environments

This suits someone who understands how operational detail connects to performance — and can translate complexity into disciplined, workable process design.
