CMC Consulting are proud to be partnering with a high-growth Media business as they continue to scale their finance function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to step into a key leadership role, taking ownership of the finance operations, mentoring junior team members, and playing a pivotal part in driving efficiency and supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Produce monthly management accounts, including oversight of accruals, prepayments, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate recognition of revenue and costs in line with accounting standards
• Oversee and support junior members of the finance team, providing guidance and review
• Work closely with the Finance Director to develop and enhance the finance function
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insight and support across the business
• Support the wider business with ad hoc finance tasks as required

Skills & Experience :

• ACA/CA or ACCA / CIMA qualified with 1+ year PQE
• Strong IT and technical capability, with good Excel proficiency
• Proven experience delivering monthly management accounts and owning month-end processes
• Previous experience within a relevant industry environment
• Exposure to supervising or supporting junior team members is advantageous
