Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum ote 75k

To lead a team of media advertising sales professionals and deliver personal and team income from existing and new clients.
This is a home working role but there will be regular travel into their Head Office in London
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue-generating responsibilities:
* In line with the agreed sales strategies, manage a team of media advertising sales professionals ensuring daily productivity is high and income is exceeding targets
* Ensure your own account base is managed, that it reaches, and exceeds your own targets, and you grow your income as a result of new business generation, cross-selling and upselling
* Use the full width of their media platforms to identify selling opportunities including sponsorships, promotions, and events, building strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
* Use the full CRM capability to analyse and interpret performance data, making recommendations for the team, business, and process improvement
* Being responsible for end-to-end team selling including keeping a firm hand on the aged debt liability and using CRM platforms to ensure early resolution
* Ensuring the team is highly skilled, engaged, and motivated utilising their strengths to create a high-performing sales team
* Manage daily performance and productivity, leading and inspiring the team which includes:
* Daily structured on-screen meetings with documented goals
* Weekly structured performance reviews documenting achievement against target
* Month-end whole team target reviews and goal setting with support of the Sales Director
* Using a quality framework to ensure high call standards and monitoring performance against the agreed standards
* Use coaching skills to ensure the team is motivated and delivering against targets and goals
* Act as a role model to the sales team, by demonstrating and sharing best practice techniques
* Task the team in finding new business and make recommendations for adjusting the sales territories, products, and packages accordingly
* Constantly network, and lead source from a variety of lead generation techniques, delegating down to the team to ensure a healthy flow of new business
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of sales team management experience
* At least 3 years of previous experience in media advertising, radio advertising or events selling
* Experience with CRM platforms
* Degree educated
* Good demonstrable experience in target-driven customer-facing roles

* You will ensure your own account base is managed, reaches, and exceeds your own targets, and grows its income because of new business generation, cross-selling and upselling
* You will inspire the team to reach their goals and act as a role model for less experienced team members
* You will be comfortable in a deadline-driven environment and able to prioritise your workload
* You will have a proven track record of sales achievement, and possess all the skills necessary to source and close new business
PERSONAL QUALITIES
* Ambitious and proactive nature
* Post-holder will work in a Christian environment and will deal with Christian organisations, Christian Ministries, and Christian listeners, most of the time; therefore, it will be necessary for the post-holder to be a Christian
