We’re looking for a Financial Systems Accountant to support and enhance the financial systems, helping internal teams and shared service customers work smarter and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Maintain and support financial systems such as Integra and ExpenseMe Pro
- Lead the development of financial reporting using Crystal Reports, XQuery, and Excel
- Troubleshoot issues by interrogating databases (MS SQL)
- Coordinate disaster recovery tests and maintain documentation
- Drive system improvements and contribute to IT-related projects
- Collaborate with software suppliers to implement updates and resolve issues
- Provide data and analysis for audits and ad-hoc requests
You’ll need: - GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting financial systems and producing performance reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- A customer-focused approach and team spirit
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a good grasp of financial/IT terminology
