Clements Young are working with a leading M&E contractor delivering works on a high profile Defence project near Reading and we're looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team.

This is a high-profile, secure environment working on a technically challenging project within one of the UK's most critical infrastructure facilities.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing electrical installations on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with programme.

Duties will include:

Supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors

*

Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications

*

Maintaining high HSEQ standards in a highly regulated environment

*

Coordinating with site management and other trades

*

Carrying out quality inspections and overseeing testing & commissioning

*

Managing materials, progress reporting and productivity

✅ Requirements

*

Gold JIB Card (essential)

*

SSSTS or SMSTS

*

Proven experience supervising electrical installations on major projects

*

Experience within highly regulated environments (MOD, nuclear, defence or similar advantageous)

*

Strong understanding of health & safety compliance

*

Ability to obtain or hold relevant security clearance (if required)
