Position: Surgical Staff Nurse

Location: London (Central)

Pay: up to £45,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

Hours - Full time / Part time available - Flexible working pattern

Contract - Permanent

MediTalent are recruiting for a Surgical Staff Nurse to join our client in their 184 bed, esteemed hospital based in Central London. You will be joining the hospital's dedicated Surgical Staff team, providing vital care to patients across a variety of departments such as orthopaedic, neurology, neuroscience, spinal or surgical. You will be supported in the workplace to become an integral part of the team. Our client also pushes for upholding staff work/life balance and providing ample opportunity for growth.

The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration and relevant experience in an surgical inpatient setting (experience in any discipline listed above is desirable) . It is essential in this role for post-registration qualifications to be completed, as staff progression is a key aim of our client. Our client also requires an ILS provider course completed and qualification upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.

You will be assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans and communicating this to various individuals. You will need to work seamlessly in a team and independently to ensure efficiency and optimal care.
