Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Change Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management activities and strategies to help drive adoption and usage
  • Communicate complex and compelling technical information to technical and non-technical audiences in a very clear, effective, and efficient manner through emails, slides, websites, training support, and marketing assets
  • Maintain working functional knowledge of business processes, applications, and procedures required for a successful change program
  • Manage all change management activities throughout the duration of a project including all stakeholder/client activities and perspectives related to the initiation, analysis, design, build, testing, rollout, and support of new initiatives and/or systems to improve business processes
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support for all change management activities to ensure consistency, encourage creativity, and enforce quality for all change management strategies and solutions

Job Requirements:


  • 10+ years Change Management and Methodologies (ADKAR)
  • Experience with Cyber Security
  • Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels of seniority
  • Able to absorb complex technical information and communicate very effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Able to clearly, effectively, and efficiently articulate messages to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization, both formally and informally
  • Able to design compelling slides
  • Able to work with design team to develop marketing and training assets
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
