The Role
Join a cutting-edge engineering business delivering high-performance powertrains across motorsport, EV, and aerospace sectors.

You'll lead the delivery of complex, high-value programmes—owning performance, timelines, and customer success from start to finish, with a key focus on a flagship motorsport programme.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own end-to-end delivery of complex programmes or project portfolios

* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to scope

* Act as the key customer interface, building strong, lasting relationships

* Drive KPIs across delivery, cost, margin, and performance

* Manage risk, change, and programme scope effectively

* Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance

* Develop and maintain project schedules and reporting

* Identify issues early and escalate where needed

* Support bids, proposals, and new business opportunities

* Contribute to strategic planning and programme roadmaps

* Mentor and support junior PMs where required

What We're Looking For

* Proven Programme Management experience in engineering or automotive

* Experience within high-performance or motorsport environments is highly desirable (e.g. e-powertrain, F1, IndyCar)

* Strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects

* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and contracts

* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

* Able to lead, influence, and drive performance across teams

* Experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel, and reporting dashboards
