A Leading Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team in the East Midlands. They are a reputable business who are recognised for their high quality homes. Looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis and oversee 2-3 sites in the Leicester area.

Job Duties:

Managing and promoting the sale of new build housing units
Providing excellent customer service to potential buyers
Conducting property viewings and site tours
Negotiating prices and closing sales deals
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driving Licence
Previous experience in new build housing sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in new build housing sales or property sales.

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of the property market and housing industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
