Collins Property Recruitment is working with an established and highly regarded independent estate agency brand in Shepherd's Bush. Who is looking for an ambitious and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local brand with a strong market presence, excellent stock levels, and a supportive team environment.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Progressing lets through to completion
• Contributing to office targets and team success

Package:

• £20,000 basic salary
• £3,000 car allowance
• OTE £55,000 in year one
• Scaling commission structure starting at 12%
• 1 in 4 Saturday working, with a half day in lieu
• Strong earning potential with uncapped commission

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous lettings or estate agency experience preferred
• Target-driven and highly motivated
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
