What You'll Be Doing
This is a commercial sales role focused on business development and account growth. You'll be:

Building relationships with schools across Greater Manchester

Generating new business through outreach, networking and client meetings

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them

Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets with full support from your team

Learning from experienced, high-performing consultants who started where you are

Your Training - The Impact Academy
Our award-winning training programme will equip you with the knowledge and tools to succeed in a sales-driven recruitment role. You'll be coached in:

Business development strategy and prospecting

Negotiation and margin management

Managing pipelines, compliance and CRM systems

Candidate sourcing and professional communication

Time management, safeguarding and objection handling

After successfully completing the Academy, you'll progress to your own sales desk with ongoing mentoring and advanced training - no sink-or-swim culture here.
