Based in Gloucestershire, this welcoming school is seeking a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting learning and occasionally delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects (when required)

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups

Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff

Helping to create an inclusive, calm, and focused learning space

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

✅ What You'll Need:

HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role

Confidence managing a classroom when needed

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
