Their core values are honesty, accountability, and long-term thinking. Following a string of contract wins with local authorities, they're scaling up their delivery capability and looking for a Contracts Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role - Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, you'll lead multiple highway maintenance frameworks across the region ensuring every job is delivered to a high standard, safely and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for:

Overseeing the delivery of local authority highway maintenance contracts

*

Coordinating labour, materials and plant across multiple live sites

*

Managing teams, supervisors, and subcontractors

*

Liaising with Local Authority clients and attending progress meetings

*

Monitoring programme, quality, compliance and budgets

*

Maintaining a culture of safety, accountability and “right first time” delivery

What We're Looking For

*

Strong experience as a Contracts Manager in highways or civil engineering

*

Hands-on knowledge of local authority maintenance frameworks

*

Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills

*

Proactive mindset with a keen eye for safety and detail

*

Full UK driving licence
