My clients are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their well established friendly team.

Requirements

* Strong attention to detail

* Processing tasks in a timely manner

* Highly Organised and focused individual

* Can do attitude

* Being able to work as a team and managing own work flow effectively without supervision

* Good knowledge of IT systems

Desirable

* Proven history of working in a fast paced environment

* Training of operating the in house system will be provided

Job description

* Managing administrative day to day duties

* Providing an excellent service to customers

* Communicating in a professional manner in person, on the phone and via e mail

* Operate internal systems and adhering to procedures

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 16.30 

Every Other Saturday 9.30 - 14.30
