Axon Moore have partnered up with a well-established property firm and we are now seeking an experienced TPI or IRPM Level 3 Property Manager to join the team under the Property Director. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional management of a residential property portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing organisation.

Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of block and property management activity.
- Oversee, mentor and develop one junior team member.
- Prepare and manage budgets, collect service charges and ground rents, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor and chase arrears, implementing processes to minimise late payments.
- Arrange repairs and replacements in shared areas, appoint and manage contractors, ensure H&S compliance, and oversee works through to completion and billing.
- Organise and attend meetings with leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, providing responsive communication.
- Arrange and review insurance policies for cost-effectiveness, handling claims efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address corrective actions.
- Maintain professional accreditations and commit to ongoing CPD.
- Travel to apartment blocks within the region as required.
Experience & Skills Required - TPI Level 3 or IRPM Level 3 qualified (essential).
- 3+ years’ experience in a Property Manager / Block Manager role.
- Team management or mentoring experience (desirable).
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
