We are hiring for a CSCS Labourer who has a valid CSCS card and can work on active construction and refurbishment sites in the Leicester area. This is a hands-on support role within an established team of floor layers, and you will be assisting with materials handling, site preparation and machinery use to ensure smooth site operations.

In this role, you will be working in the flooring support team to ensure qualified tradespeople have the materials and assistance they need to meet project timelines. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Uplifting old flooring using a turbo stripper
• Mixing latex flooring compounds for ongoing installation work
• Keeping floor layers topped up with materials throughout the day
• Driving to and from site or supplier locations (if required)
• Assisting with general site labouring duties and maintaining cleanliness

As a CSCS Labourer, you need to have experience with:
• Manual labour in a construction or refurbishment setting
• Handling tools and heavy equipment such as floor strippers

It would be beneficial to the CSCS Labourer role if you also had:
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience assisting tradespeople on live sites
• Familiarity with mixing or preparing screed or latex-type compounds
