About the Role

As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the advisory and paraplanning team. This is a hands-on role designed to provide deep exposure to the full financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical research and analysis to support financial recommendations

  • Draft suitability reports for compliance review and client presentation

  • Gather and analyse client information including fact-finds and policy details

  • Liaise with providers to obtain valuations and technical product data

  • Maintain accurate records and support advisers with meeting preparation

What We’re Looking For
  • Completion of at least a few exams toward the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)

  • Experience in a technical support role within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment

  • Good foundational understanding of financial planning concepts: pensions, investments, ISAs, protection

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude

  • A genuine desire to grow within a technical paraplanning career path

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll be part of a supportive culture that values learning, collaboration, and long-term development—within a firm that invests in its people as much as its clients.
