About the Role As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the advisory and paraplanning team. You’ll assist with technical tasks, research, and report writing—gaining increasing responsibility as your qualifications and experience grow. This is a hands-on role designed to provide deep exposure to the full financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical research and analysis to support financial recommendations

Draft suitability reports for compliance review and client presentation

Gather and analyse client information including fact-finds and policy details

Liaise with providers to obtain valuations and technical product data

Maintain accurate records and support advisers with meeting preparation

Assist in producing cashflow models and managing ongoing client servicing
What We’re Looking For -
Completion of at least a few exams toward the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)

Experience in a technical support role within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment

Good foundational understanding of financial planning concepts: pensions, investments, ISAs, protection

Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude

A genuine desire to grow within a technical paraplanning career path
