Daily Rate: £87 - £92 (depending on experience)

We're delighted to be working in partnership with Communities Academies Trust to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a number of primary and secondary schools across Stratford-upon-Avon.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

Encouraging pupils to stay focused and motivated throughout the school day

Providing 1:1 and small group support to help children reach their potential

Creating a welcoming, inclusive and positive learning environment

Helping with classroom preparation, learning resources and daily routines

Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate staff members

We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a school or educational setting

An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

A true enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development

Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred
