Job Description
  •  AP - add bills to system for vendors, create check to pay vendors timely
  • AR - create invoices from delivery receipts and enter payments from customers in accounting software
  • Receptionist - answer phone calls, greet visitors
  • Payroll - Add new employees in system, run payroll every 2 weeks, manage employee files

The role requires:

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Pleasant personality to be sitting in the reception area
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
