Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional ready to lead and inspire? We're seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Lead to support a school in Whitefield beginning December.

This role is ideal for a dedicated EYFS practitioner or leader who is committed to delivering high-quality early years provision and supporting staff, children, and the wider school community.

The Role

Lead and support the Early Years team across Nursery and/or Reception

Ensure high-quality learning environments aligned with the EYFS Framework

Oversee planning, assessment, and curriculum delivery

Promote strong child development and safeguarding practices

Work collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff

Provide stability and strong leadership during this short-term cover period

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong experience within EYFS

Proven leadership or senior practitioner experience
