£40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Mechanical Design Engineer, (Building Services) required to join a very successful and reputable SME specialising in full HAVC services across refurbishment and fit out projects working with blue chip clients.

They will offer fantastic and endless project variety within the commercial and industrial fit out market.

You will be working for a stable and secure business being a part of an exclusive successful and driven team.

Your role will involve:

Full involved in all design stages of projects - inception to completion
Producing mechanical drawings and specification
Communicate and work with mechanical contractors to develop mechanical designs.
Be responsible for the mechanical design and specification of fit-out projects.
Carry out mechanical design calculations on projects up to £3m
Work systematically to ensure completion of tasks to meet deadlines and fulfil clients' expectations as well as being able to work cross functionally with the Pre-Construction and Operations teams and able to communicate and explain technical information.Please click to apply
