Salary: £22000 - £26000 / annually

They are looking for a Technical Administrator to join their ever growing team. 

As a Technical Administrator, you will offer full diary and administrative support to the Associate Technical Director and provide a wider administrative function to the whole technical team. This role is suitable for an individual that has had experience as a secretary or senior administrator, ideally you will have experience gained from housebuilding and some technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities -
Successfully co-ordinate the Associate Technical Directors time; proactively managing diary requirements, scheduling appointments, etc.
Full Administrative support; filtering, prioritizing, re-routing and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
Undertake a wide variety of administrative duties such as recording and monitoring departmental holidays, travel arrangements, arranging meetings, minute taking and distribution etc.
Collating construction reports and ensure replies in a timely manner
Assisting with invoicing and completion of appointment documents for consultants.
Assisting with general office management duties along with other administrative staff.

Competencies -
Minimum of four GCSEs grade B or above or equivalent.
Excellent administration skills
A high standard of IT literacy
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Working in an environment that values high levels of quality and customer care.
Experience of chasing office-based personnel for information when required.
Confident and personable communication skills
Ability to get buy-in from others both office and site based
Thrives on a wide variety of tasks
Can work flexibly and deal with ad hoc tasks and changing deadlines with a positive attitude
Keen to learn new software and systems required as part of the role (Coins, SelectHR)

Desirable:
GCSE grade B or above in English.
Secretarial experience
Assisting with cover for office receptionist during breaks
Technical experience
