Our client, a thriving and collaborative design consultancy, is currently seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join their team in Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a passion for technical delivery, leading design projects, and mentoring within the development infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the delivery of civil infrastructure design on major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
Overseeing drainage, highways, and earthworks design using Civil 3D
Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers and technicians

Job Requirements:

Experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on infrastructure
Strong technical background in drainage, highways, and infrastructure
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroDrainage or similar
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
