Warehouse Operative

Location: Greenford Type: Temp to Perm, Full Time Hours: Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30 (early finish Fri) Rate:£13.00 per hour (temp)

Overview Experienced, reliable Warehouse Operative required for a forklift-focused role. Duties include materials handling, packing and vehicle loading in a fast-paced warehouse. Permanent opportunity for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift for pallet movement, loading/unloading and stock staging.

• Perform manual handling and packing to company standards.

• Complete pre-shift forklift checks and report defects.

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE/safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence and recent operating experience preferred.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling throughout the shift.

• Punctual, reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

• Willingness to undertake refresher training if required.
