PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Shift: Monday to Sunday (Continental Shift Pattern) Rotating shift pattern including day and night shifts - 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00

Pay Rate: £15.82 PER HOUR - Breaks: Per 12-hour shift, you will receive 4x30 mins breaks. All breaks are paid.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Bredbury, Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Day to Day Duties:

As a Production Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:

• Feeding raw materials into machinery
• Assembling products on an assembly line
• Attaching labels and company logos to finished products
• Operating production machinery
• Carrying out quality control checks
• Ensuring products meet safety and quality standards
• Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
• Monitoring production
• Storing goods and raw materials
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery

Essential Skills:

Skills needed to be a Production Operative with our client are:

• Basic level of English
• Experience working as a Production Operative – Minimum 6 months is required.
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Will involve working in a hot environment
