Pay Rate:
- AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00) - £14.05 per hour
- Day Shift (10:00-18:00) - £13.07
- Rotational Shift (06:00-14:00, 11:00-19:00 & 14:00-22:00) - £15.03
- PM Shift (14:00-22:00) - £15.36
The Best Connection are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company in Banbury. You'll be working in a clean, modern environment picking and packing medical products ready for nationwide distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing medical products with accuracy and care.
- Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and healthcare providers.
- Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
- Using scanning systems and paperwork to complete orders.
- Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse or order picking/packing experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling medical products.
- Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.

- All applicants must complete a drug and alcohol test at induction.
