What you'll be doing

Managing the full recruitment cycle from developing client relationships to placing candidates in roles.

Building and maintaining a strong candidate network across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.

*

Developing new business through outbound sales, networking, and service-led conversations.

*

Managing worker onboarding, compliance checks, and ongoing candidate care.

*

Working closely with clients to understand staffing forecasts and deliver high service levels.

*

Meeting KPIs and contributing to branch performance.

What we're looking for

A confident communicator with strong people skills.

Previous recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).

Someone proactive, organised, and motivated by targets.
