At Dynamic Real Estate Innovations, LLC. we are currently growing very quickly and seeking an office assistant/bookkeeper to keep the books organized and the office running smoothly.

Your most important asset will be a no excuses attitude toward getting tasks completed effectively and efficiently, along with a passion for personal growth and learning how entrepreneurs start and run businesses. Your ability to effectively take ownership of your department and proactively adding value will make you an ideal candidate for the position.

Job responsibilities: Daily staff meeting, Personal planning, Bookkeeping, Correspondence, file management, research, travel arrangements, inventory, purchases, office IT.

Required: 1+ years prior experience and highly efficient in general office tasks, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, Google Docs, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, very organized, must fit company culture.
