About the Role

As our nursing home manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care, leading a committed team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC requirements. This role would suit an ambitious care home manager who thrives in a high-quality, person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership as the nursing home manager and promote a culture of excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of resident care

Support, develop, and motivate the staff team

Maintain compliance, quality audits, and CQC standards

Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

About You

To succeed as our nursing home manager, you should have:

Previous experience as a care home manager or nursing home manager

Strong leadership and communication skills

A passion for delivering outstanding care

Nurse qualification desirable but not essential
