Do you thrive in a busy, hands-on environment? Acorn by Synergie is hiring Photograph Operators to join the team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. No previous experience required - full paid training provided!

This is a temporary role with the potential to become ongoing depending on workload and performance.

🔧 What You'll Do:

As a Photograph Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality printed photographs.

Duties include:

Operating and monitoring advanced photo printing machines

Quality checking for colour accuracy, clarity, and imperfections

Moving reels of printed photos between machines

Packing finished orders with accurate labels

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area

What We're Looking For:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically able - comfortable with standing, lifting, and moving materials

Positive attitude, reliable, and organised

Previous experience welcome but not essential - training is provided

Shift Patterns:

Day Shifts (12 hours - 7:00am to 7:00pm):

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

(Then repeats)

Night Shifts (8.5 hours - 10:30pm to 7:00am):

Sunday to Thursday

Pay:

£12.21/hour for day shifts (with enhanced weekend rates)

£14.65/hour for night shifts
