Pear Recruitment - Sales Negotiator - East London

Salary - £22,000 - £28,000 OTE £60,000 +

Company Car or car allowance - Driver required

Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm Every other Saturday 9:30pm - 4pm

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to work within their East London Branch.

They are recommended highly in the area, boasting a wealth of local knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Meeting with clients to understand their requirements.

* Arranging and attending viewings

* Liaison between sellers and potential buyers, and external contacts

* Assisting progression of deals from offer to exchange

* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full process.

* Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in selling properties within the specific area.

* Hold a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
