The Role
The History Teacher (with TLR) will:
* Deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating History lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
* Lead the development and implementation of a dynamic Key Stage 3 History curriculum, ensuring progression and challenge.
* Contribute to whole-school literacy initiatives through the History curriculum.
* Mentor and support junior colleagues in effective pedagogical strategies and subject knowledge.
* Drive extracurricular activities that enrich students' historical understanding.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a qualified History Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:
