What You'll Be Doing:

* Designing and building your own prototypes from concept to completion

* Working on unique, R&D-driven projects where agility and innovation are key

* Using and developing your skills in SolidWorks and mechanical design

* Playing a key role in a collaborative, engineering-led environment

* Helping shape workshop practices, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing project direction

What You'll Bring:

* A strong background in metalwork, welding, fabrication, sheet metal or CNC

* Experience working on bespoke or R&D-type builds, not just high-volume production

* A passion for engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement (full training on Solidworks and 3D Design)

* Drivers preferred (due to site location) and must be eligible to work in the UK
