Location: Nursing Homes across Bournemouth, Southampton & Portsmouth
Contract: Zero-hours / Flexible Shifts
Pay Rate: £20-£25 per hour (weekly pay)

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and skilled Agency Nurses to join our growing team. You will work across a variety of nursing homes in the Bournemouth, Southampton, and Portsmouth areas, providing high-quality care and supporting residents' health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.

Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and safeguard residents.

*

Uphold dignity, respect, and professional boundaries at all times.

Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

*

Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).

*

Minimum 6 months' experience in a nursing home or similar environment.

*

Ability to travel to various locations across Bournemouth, Southampton & Portsmouth.

*

Right to work in the UK.

*

Up-to-date training: Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Medication Management, Infection Control (or willingness to update).

*

Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

*

Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
