Requirements for ECTs:

Completed or on track to complete your PGCE / BA QTS / BEd or equivalent qualification by Summer 2025
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
An understanding of the Early Career Framework (ECF) and a willingness to learn and develop through your induction yearsQualities We're Looking for in a Great ECT:

A positive, proactive and professional attitude
Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic school environment
Willingness to collaborate and grow within a supportive team

A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
