Transport Supervisor - Day Shift

A growing transport operation is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to support daily fleet and driver activity across Bromsgrove and Redditch-based sites. Reporting to the Transport Manager, the role includes deputising when required and ensuring smooth, compliant transport operations.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00

Salary:
£33,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location:
Bromsgrove & Redditch based (fully on-site role)

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day transport operations and planning

Coordinate drivers and respond to live operational issues

Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling and supplier liaison

Monitor costs and support efficiency improvements

Ensure compliance with transport legislation and safety standards

Requirements

Minimum 4 years' experience in a transport or logistics supervisory/coordination role

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Confident using transport systems and IT

Clear communicator, able to work effectively under pressure
