We are looking for a commercially focused Financial Director ready to drive financial performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for an operationally-minded finance leader to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

The role is with a growing manufacturing business known for quality, innovation, and operational excellence. As they continue to scale they are seeking a hands-on Financial Director to lead financial strategy, support decision-making, and improve forecasting and budgeting processes across the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve understanding of financial results
Deliver insightful analysis to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability
Lead continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting (SAP environment)
Ensure robust financial controls and compliance
Support strategic decision-making at board level
What we're looking for:

A proven Financial Director or senior finance leader with strong operational experience
Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG preferred
Expert in budgeting, forecasting, and financial business partnering
Comfortable working closely with stakeholders across functions
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
