Operations Co-ordinator

Location: Bingham, Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexible start/finish options considered)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Bonus: Quarterly branch bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing operational tasks from initial booking through to final delivery

* Liaising daily with hauliers, suppliers, and service partners

* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email

* Responding to client enquiries, solving problems, and supporting shipments

* Assisting with administration, documentation, and system updates

About You:

* Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

* A strong team player with a proactive mindset

* Positive attitude towards training, personal development, and career growth

* Previous exposure to logistics, shipping or transport is helpful but not essential
