Our client is a financially secure and fast-growing Principal Contractor, currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to deliver a £750k electrical upgrade package within a live data centre environment.

With a projected turnover of £75m in 2025 (up from £65m in 2024), they are known for their high staff retention, strong client relationships, and clear progression opportunities.

Please note: This role will involve part-time night shift work, which will be compensated at time and a half.

The Role

Division: Small Works Division
Project Value: £750k (additional packages in negotiation - potential for 3-year programme)
Reporting to: Electrical Project ManagerWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience delivering electrical packages, ideally in live or critical environments (data centres, healthcare, pharma, etc.)
Strong ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, budgets, and quality standards
Confident communicator with client-facing experience preferred
Based within a commutable distance to SloughSalary & Package
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + benefits.
