About the Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school setting in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

As a Level 3 TA, you will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality support to individual pupils and small groups
Assisting the class teacher with planning and classroom management
Supporting children with SEN or those with EHCPs, particularly in areas like communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation
Contributing to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environmentRequirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
Previous experience in a UK primary school setting
Confidence in delivering interventions and supporting diverse learners
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Tradewind
