We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing Manager with strong experience in FMCG or food manufacturing. You'll bring a proven track record of leading teams on the shop floor, driving day-to-day performance, and supporting improvements across safety, quality, and efficiency.

As part of the site leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering the manufacturing strategy in line with wider business objectives. This is a role that blends hands-on leadership with a forward-thinking mindset—developing people, improving processes, and driving performance across the site. A strong focus on lean manufacturing principles will be essential to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing environment and understands the challenges it brings. You'll take responsibility for delivering operational performance, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
