Insurance Advisor/Customer Service Advisor
Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus (£24,000 OTE)
Monday - Friday
Start time: 09:00 - Finish: 5:30pm - (1 late shift per week 09:00-6:00pm)

City Blue Recruitment are pleased to be working with an exciting company within the Insurance sector, seeking a customer services advisor with experience in the Insurance industry.
My client is looking to expand their customer service and advising team due to rapid growth and a busy period and is looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Advisor to join the team.
- 1 year experience in Insurance
- Confident on the phone with good customer services skills
- Customer focused
- Computer Literate
- Strong Attention to detail
Job Duties Include:
- Taking inbound calls
- Updating the system with any claims updates
- New Business calls
- Data collecting from new/existing customers
- Customer Information gathering
- Opening post
- Responding to any emails/enquiries
With in-house training there is very good progression should you impress. This is an excellent career path with a company that is looking to expend further in the coming months. Starting as an advisor you can work your way up to:
