Senior Project Manager

We are currently working with an engineering company who have gone through huge growth. The company specializes in manufacturing and installing bespoke automated systems to huge blue chip clients.

* Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)

* Holidays: 25 days plus statutory holidays

* Pension: 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution = 8% total pension

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing the installation of various conveyor systems and automation projects.

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

* Liaising with key stakeholders, including customers, quality control, design, and production teams.

* Providing technical assistance, interpreting design drawings, and addressing design concerns.

* Traveling to different sites for project management and installation oversight.

* Building and maintaining relationships with long-standing blue-chip clients such as Amazon and PepsiCo.

* Managing installation teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Experience:

* Proven project management experience on projects worth £5m - £20m+.

* Experience managing large blue-chip clients like Amazon or PepsiCo, particularly with reactive client bases.

* Previous experience with bespoke machinery, conveyors, automation processes, and moveable parts.

* A driving license is essential due to the need for travel to different project sites
