Must Have’s

• Proven experience in IBA operations, ideally within the Lloyd’s or London Market
• Strong understanding of FCA, CASS, and regulatory compliance
• Team management and leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have’s

• Hands-on experience with market-facing finance systems
• Track record of driving continuous improvement in operational processes
• Comfortable presenting reporting and MI to senior management
• Ability to support development and growth of team members

So what will you be doing?

• Supporting the Deputy Head of IBA with premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting
• Leading teams in reconciling client and insurer accounts and resolving complex discrepancies
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth, accurate financial operations
• Ensuring internal controls and processes are followed across all IBA functions
• Preparing monthly reports for senior management
• Continuously reviewing and improving IBA procedures
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their potential
