Van Technician / LCV Technician / Fleet Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Reading
Hours: 14:00-22:00, 37.5 hours per week, late shift
Pay: £21.50 per hour (approx. £41,(Apply online only)) + overtime at 1.5x

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Van Technician / LCV Technician / Fleet Vehicle Mechanic to join a busy workshop in Reading. This Van Technician / LCV Technician / Fleet Vehicle Mechanic role offers strong pay, overtime, late shift allowance, and manufacturer training while working on a mixed fleet of vans, LCVs, and fleet vehicles in a structured, professional workshop environment.

The Role:
• Service, maintain, and repair vans, LCVs, and fleet vehicles
• Diagnose faults and complete planned maintenance
• Carry out inspections, tyre fitting, and wheel alignment
• Maintain accurate service and warranty records
• Uphold workshop standards and equipment care

The Requirements:
• Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI in LCV or Van Maintenance
• Experience repairing and diagnosing vans or LCVs
• Strong understanding of DVSA standards
• Full UK driving licence
