Emco Talent are looking for a Senior Plumbing Supervisor to lead compliance-focused plumbing works across commercial sites in the Manchester area. This is a hands-on role with real scope to grow into operations and contracts management. You'll be trusted to run jobs properly, liaise with clients, and support a small team of plumbers and subcontractors.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
• Carrying out remedial plumbing works and water system inspections
• Collecting and processing water samples
• Supervising plumbing teams and subcontractors
• Planning and pricing jobs, materials, and schedules
• Liaising directly with clients and providing clear recommendations
• Managing documentation and compliance tracking
• Supporting service reviews and business growth
