Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Fire Suppression Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of our fire suppression systems at client sites. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and system audits to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
• Install new fire suppression systems according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing fire suppression equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in fire suppression systems and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their fire suppression systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
• Train clients and their staff on new systems and updates.
• Stay updated on new technologies and standards in the fire suppression industry.
• Manage inventory of tools and parts for field service tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fire suppression systems or a similar role such as fire alarm engineer
• Strong understanding of fire protection systems and fire safety codes.
• Certification from recognized fire safety or engineering institutions is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in different environmental conditions.
